Two ways onto the stand
No outside company can just add themselves. There are exactly two doors in, and both get checked by hand.

Owned and run by someone who lives in Arden. Your neighbor, literally. The review crew confirms residency before anything goes live.
Arden Endorsed
Outside pros who proved themselves with at least two verified jobs inside the community. We contact the references, for real.

Getting a stall
1. Apply
Tell us who you are, what you do, and what sweet deal you will throw in for the neighbors. Takes about five minutes.
2. We check
Live here? The review crew confirms it, no ID uploads needed. Work here? Give us two Arden references and we actually call them.
3. 48 hours
You get a yes or a friendly no within 48 hours. Approved stalls go live on the stand immediately.

The Arden Stand tracks vendor reputation with ShownUp, a tool for proving you show up when you say you will. Neighbors can check a vendor's record before hiring. Vendors can build one job by job.

The fine print (but friendly)
- 🆓 Listings are free. No pay-to-play, no ads, no ranking games. Stalls are alphabetical and searchable, that's it.
- 🌱 Arden Grown means the owner lives here. 🤝 Arden Endorsed means at least two Arden households vouched for real, finished work.
- ⏱️ Every application gets a yes or a friendly no within 48 hours. We keep a clock on ourselves.
- 🚫 Bad experience with a listed vendor? Tell the review crew. Repeat problems get delisted, neighbor or not.
- 🏡 The Stand is run by Arden neighbors, for Arden neighbors. It is a community project, not an official HOA service.
